About The Practice

This Hamilton based two-surgery practice is located on the first floor of a charming 1920s double brick renovated art deco building, in the heart of the central business district. These rooms have been operating as a dental practice since 1938 and as such are steeped in history. The busy practice is often booked for three months in advance and has built an excellent reputation in the area. There is scope to expand the business by increasing the services offered and the operating hours. This is a practice not to be missed!

About The Premises

The building sits on the corner of two main streets, Thompson street and Gray street, and boasts 180-degree views of the beautiful tree-lined streets of Hamilton. The practice shares the first floor with a prominent Hamilton architecture firm.

This practice contains six separate rooms, including two fully-equipped and light-filled surgeries, a freshly painted and welcoming waiting room, a spacious staff room, a large laboratory and sterilisation room and a reception area with updated computer facilities. All of the rooms are centrally heated and cooled and the many large windows throughout the practice provide an abundance of natural light. The practice has been successfully running Dental 4 Windows since 2012, as well as radiographs through vista scan mini, linked to D4W.

The Tripovich Dental Surgery is fully booked at least three months in advance all year round, and has an extremely strong recall factor, with the majority of patients booking either six, nine or twelve months in advance.

The current dentist, with a trustworthy reputation, has been operating in this practice for eighteen years and has built an extensive and loyal clientele base within the greater Hamilton area.
