About The Practice

This high-grossing practice is located on a single-story commercial strip in the retail precinct of this rural Victorian town. The practice has been operating since the 1950s, with the current owner taking over 21 years ago. The practice does not currently have a website or any social media presence, giving the purchaser the option to employ these resources. The prime location, high revenue and deep community roots make this a great purchase and an opportunity for the purchaser to live the “country life” in a beautiful part of Victoria.

About The Area

Echuca is an Australian town in northern Victoria on the banks of the Murray River, across the river from the town of Moama, in New South Wales. It is located 214 kilometres north of Melbourne, 91 kilometres from Bendigo and 76 kilometres from Shepparton. The main industry in Echuca is tourism, which earns the local economy about $250 million a year. Visitors are attracted to the town by its warm climate, the Murray River, recreational activities and historical features. Paddle steamers depart near the Port of Echuca Discovery Centre, which has exhibits about the 19th Century river trade, plus part of the original Echuca Wharf. The Echuca Historical Society Museum is dedicated to local history, and vintage cars are displayed at the National Holden Motor Museum. Echuca has many large retail chains, such as Big W, Coles, Liquorland,  Woolworths, BWS and Bunnings. The town is home to several primary schools, two high schools and has a TAFE campus.
