About The Premises

This practice is located in one of Sydney’s most affluent suburbs. It operates out of the ground floor of a converted terrace house on Woollahra’s main shopping street. The practice has a comfortable reception area that leads to three surgeries and a sterilisation room. Large windows face an atrium that lets an abundance of natural light into the surgeries. The second story has a private office and a large staff retreat area. There is a double garage onsite and street parking outside the practice and in the surrounding streets.

About The Area

Woollahra is a suburb in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, New South Wales, located 5 kilometres east of the CBD. It is famous for its quiet, tree-lined streets, heritage-listed buildings and village-style shopping street. Woollahra, along with its neighbouring suburb, Paddington, has the highest concentration of art galleries in Sydney. There are also numerous cafés, restaurants and antique shops clustered around Queen Street. The suburb is home to many government consulates and is a considerably affluent suburb, owing in part to its proximity to the city and Bondi Junction, as well as the wide range of picturesque homes, mostly in various Victorian styles. Moncur Street and Queen Street are particularly affluent areas, with a mixture of residential and commercial buildings and an extraordinarily high number of heritage-listed buildings. High-rise development has been avoided in order to maintain the heritage character of the suburb. The suburb is mainly serviced by bus routes, with services connecting the suburb to the city, Surry Hills and the inner west. The closest train stations are located in Edgecliff and Bondi Junction. Woollahra has one school, Woollahra Public School, which is considered one of Sydney’s best performing public schools.
