About the practice

The building was partially renovated five years ago and has been well-maintained since. The practice sits on a large corner block facing a roundabout; the position plus the large, highly-visible signage gives the practice great exposure to passing traffic. Eight dedicated parking spaces are located on-site and there are a further six spaces available. The premises sits in a great position within the town; it is across the road from a school and close to pristine beaches and busy cafés.

About the area

Encounter Bay is a bay in South Australia, located on the state's south-central coast, about 87 kilometres south of the state capital Adelaide. It is the site of both the mouth of the River Murray and the regional city of Victor Harbour. Encounter Bay is one of four ‘historic bays’ on the South Australian coast. The town is the largest population centre on the peninsula, with an economy based on agriculture, fisheries and various industries. It is also a highly popular tourist destination, with the area's population greatly expanded during the summer holidays. Attractions in the area include Granite Island, home to a colony of penguins, whale watching, popular surf beaches and fishing spots. Victor Harbour is also home to three schools, golf club, hospital and a college campus.
