Small animal clinic in North-eastern NSW

About the practice

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to own a small animal clinic in one of Australia’s richest agricultural regions. The clinic, which is ideally located near the centre of town, shares a large block of land with a residential building, which is available to lease or purchase as part of the sale. Competition in the area is minimal, with only one other vet in town, who focuses predominately on large animals. There is also a strong RSPCA volunteer branch in the area, for which the current vendor does all the vet work (mostly vaccinations and desexing), bringing in an extra $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 revenue per month.

About the premises

The practice has a fully-equipped surgery, an isolation room and a large cage area, housing stainless steel cages. There is also a relatively new Colorbond shed, which has a dryer, washing machine, freezer and ample storage space. The residential house was built in 1939 and has been fully renovated; electricity is metred separately to the clinic. The clinic sits in a prime location on a street that is parallel to the main street and has two entrances, one of which is accessible through a major supermarket car park.
