Well established and Successful practice for sale

About the practice

This successful practice has been operating in the area since 1960 and in its current location since 1985. It has grossed well over $1 million for more than the past three years and the vendor is now looking to move into retirement.

About the premises

The practice is located in a brick veneer and tiled roof single storey purpose built but based on a residential footprint, situated on a main road. The property is a fully subdivided entity with established trees and lawns and an enclosure for large animals. The practice was built in three phases: firstly in 1985 with a small facility ( approximately 120 sq m ) which included a single consulting room and satisfied all the requirements of a Class A Veterinary Hospital at the time. In 1987 an isolation room and storeroom were added and in 2003 a large extension was added to give a larger waiting room, a second consulting room and a nurses’ office, as well as a general refurbishment and reorganisation of the building. The practice is highly visible with large signage placed in numerous vantage points around the property. There is vehicular access at the rear of the premises and plenty of shaded parking available (eight onsite and numerous other spaces).
