Small animal clinic in The Hawkesbury Region of NSW

About the practice

This successful small animal practice had humble beginnings; in 1993 the vendor purchased a small branch of a vet clinic and transformed over time into the fully functional animal hospital it is today. The vendor is selling to phase into retirement, however, is willing to stay on as a locum to ensure a smooth transition.  The clinic operates out of a two-story residential building, with the vet clinic occupying the ground floor and a two-bedroom unit above. The vendor owns the premises and is offering it for sale or lease.  Don’t miss the opportunity to take over the reins of a busy practice in NSW's scenic Hawkesbury Region.
