About the practice

This high-grossing practice has been operating in the area for 15 years and has built a solid reputation in the local and surrounding community. The vendor is looking to phase into retirement and is happy to stay on for a short period to assist with a smooth transition. About the area

Bowenfels is a small city on the outskirts of Lithgow, in the Central Tablelands of New South Wales, approximately 140km west of Sydney. There are numerous national parks and attractions in the area, including the Zig Zag railway and the World Heritage Site of The Jenolan caves (about an hour away).

Lithgow is on the Great Western Highway, about 150 kilometres or two hours’ drive west of the Sydney CBD.  It’s surrounded by a varied landscape that includes the Blue Mountains National Park, a World Heritage site. The Wollemi National Park is home to the Jurassic-age tree the Wollemi Pine, which was found growing in a remote canyon in the park. Lithgow is home to two primary schools and a high school and is well serviced by public transport.
