Long established practice in Brisbane suburbs

About the practice

Now looking to retire, the vendor is willing to remain post sale on a part-time basis. About the area

Ferny Grove is a family-friendly suburb, 12 km north-west of central Brisbane. It is immediately south of Kedron Brook, the boundary between Brisbane City Council and Moreton Bay Regional Council. Ferny Grove is situated in a hilly district, which includes the Brisbane State Forest (Samford and Enoggera Reservoir), and adjoins upper Kedron, which encloses several tributary streams of Kedron Brook. Ferny Grove has a high school, primary school, the Ferny Grove Tavern in Samford Road, a bowling club and the Brisbane Tramway Museum (1972) in Upper Kedron Park, south-west of the railway station. The Ferny Grove shopping centre contains a Coles supermarket, gym, newsagency, dentist, bakery, real estate agency, cafes and salons among other retailers and businesses.

This suburb is great for outdoor activities, with a 1.8km bush track, known as the Ferny Grove Rail Trail, several bike paths and the Ferny Grove Aqua Park.
