Lisa has been a brilliant communicator who explained the benefits of our practice to potential buyers so well, that my settlement was well above what I was expecting. Brokerage is a funny thing. We may think we can do negotiations and manage selling processes ourselves, but the whole exercise proved to be extremely difficult and time consuming. Selling a practice can be even harder than setting one up  and  probably more emotional, as you want existing staff and clients to be looked after as well as achieving a satisfactory outcome for your own years of hard work .
