Victoria is where the seeds of Practice Sale Search were planted.

Way back in the ‘80s and early ‘90s, before the Internet, DJS Practice Sales began listing dental practices for sale, along with dentist jobs, as a mail order catalogue that a buyer could subscribe to receive in the mail. The company was based in Ocean Grove, a small town on the south west coast of Victoria.

DJS was an early adopter of the Internet, taking advantage of its immediacy and accessibility, and quickly moved its listings online. In 2009 the DJS relocated its head office from Ocean Grove to Geelong, before moving to Melbourne six years later in 2015.

In 2014, as the demand for specialised brokerage services grew, we decided to split practice sales from DJS, and launched our full-service brokerage business, Practice Sale Search.

Victoria has always been one of our busiest markets, producing record sales for PSS and the dental industry year-on-year. While we always have many listings in Melbourne and Geelong and their suburbs, Practice Sale Search has always had considerable success selling across the state.
